One of the most anticipated albums of the year, as well as one of the most delayed albums over the last few years, has finally been released. Moein has returned with his new album "Tolou". The album has 11 new songs and has been released courtesy of MZM records. Contributors to the album are Jacklyn, Kazem Alami, Babak Radmanesh, Babak Bayat, Fred Mirza, Zoya Zakarian, and Fazlolah Tavakol.
